About us

With our headquarters in Bremen and several additional locations globally, our strength lies in the IT support of internationally-oriented customers. Ever since its foundation in 2006, BASYS IT-Service GmbH has been able to generate continuous and sustainable growth. After starting with the support of four customer locations in Germany, specifically their end users, server and network landscapes, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Denmark were subsequently added by 2009. In 2012, we began our expansion into Eastern European countries. Thereafter, in 2019, Western Europe also benefited from our customised service in Italy, Spain, France, and the UK and since 2023, BASYS IT-Services has expanded to become a global Service Provider. For the first time in 2021, BASYS started the professional education of graduates to obtain their IT diploma, specialising in System Integration at our main location in Bremen.
Currently, our approximately 100 employees are the point of contact for around 25,000 international IT users in more than 30 countries in Europe and beyond, supporting them in their required IT infrastructure.

The BASYS IT Service concept in detail:
The foundation of our service concept is on-site IT support. Our employees, as the local face of your decentralised or central office or factory IT, will ensure smooth IT operations for your users at your locations. Independent of manufacturers and platforms, we’ll resolve incidents, meet service requests and provide your users with the necessary technology and necessary know-how so your IT continues to work smoothly long-term. In the back office, we’ll make sure that your valuable IT assets are both constantly monitored and secure, while process-oriented change and task management will ensure that the underlying IT back end infrastructure is available around the clock. Together with you we’ll decide which on-site solution (permanent presence, regular visits or purely as required) offers the best-possible service in relation to your budget in the overall context of the service set-up.
These days, modern IT support is by no means only present locally. Even if speaking to local employees is the simplest path for most users, there are only very few IT departments that still do not have a centralised service structure. Our concept will set up a centralised service desk, which will act as the first point of contact for your users and will be able to resolve the majority of enquiries centrally and remotely. Your users can look for the optimal path for them to reach IT or address the problem via a variety of common channels, such as chat, mail, voice or self-service portals. However, a well-trained and integrated central team can do much more. Not only can they be understood to be a cost-effective supplement to local IT, but also an important module for transferring know-how to reduce service enquiries, thus improving the efficiency of your users long-term. You decide which languages, competences and KPIs are relevant – we’ll take care of the rest – end-to-end.
The third element of the service concept is somewhat hidden, but is no less relevant – managing your back end IT. Our experts, qualified in regular further education courses and certifications for the different technologies, will ensure the reliability, integrity and performance of your complex IT landscape. Whether for Office environments or highly-complex industrial systems, coordinated processes in accordance with common industry standards and collaboration with our on-site teams will ensure smooth operations with the highest efficiency. As an independent service provider, we’ll advise your decision-makers and offer a basis for forward-looking investments to grow your business.
